General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the use of SmartReply Inc.'s services by the customer. By commissioning our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between SmartReply Inc. and its customers. Deviating or supplementary conditions of the customer only become part of the contract with the express written consent of SmartReply Inc.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract and Scope of Services

The subject matter of the contract results from the respective service description of the selected package (e.g., "Starter", "Business") and the specific, separately agreed additional services.

SmartReply provides services in the field of AI-supported customer communication, in particular voice automation, chatbots, and associated software integrations.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for the monthly subscriptions, setup fees, and additional options are listed in the price list on our website or in the individual offer. All prices are stated in EUR and exclude statutory VAT.

The monthly fees are due in advance. Additional services (overage minutes, etc.) are billed monthly.

4. Termination

The contract can be terminated with a notice period of one month to the end of the respective contract month, unless a different written agreement has been made. Termination must be in writing.
